Order
To keep the order costs as low as possible, you are able to pay the gift certificate directly by credit card or online bank transfer and to get sent the gift certificate via e-mail or by post free of charge.
The gift certificates are provided with a unique bar code that is required to redeem the gift certificate. The customer is responsible for the nondisclosure of the gift certificate template itself. Franz Rettenwender e.U. is not liable for the misuse of the gift certificate template.
Each gift certificate can be redeemed only once.
Minimum Age
For Purchasing in our online shop only people are entitled from the age of 18.
Prices and Products
1. The purchased or ordered gift certificates can not be redeemed for cash.
Should the consumption be lower than the value of the gift certificate, you will receive a further credit from the hotel.
2. A bill with tax statement may only be issued at the time of actual performance, so if the gift certificate redemption occurs (UstG).
3. No liability is assumed for late delivery by post.
4. The gift certificate is only valid if the amount due is paid in full.
5. The validity of the gift certificate packages and treatments is printed on the gift certificate.
The gift certificate is to redeem within this period. If the validity period of treatment gift certificates or gift certificate packages is expired, they are not invalid, but they can - by prior agreement with Franz Rettenwender e.U. - be redeemed such as value gift certificates, according to their printed value.
Value gift certificates are valid indefinitely in time.

The customer agrees to receive promotional material from the shop provider. The transfer of such data to third parties does not occur.
Exchange and Return
Gift certificates that do not match your idea, please send back within 14 days of delivery. It is sufficient if the written cancellation (withdrawal) declaration is mailed within 14 days. However, the right of withdrawal not persists, if the utilization of the service has already started within the cancellation period. This right applies to customers who are consumers within the meaning of Consumer Protection Act.
In case of loss, theft or cancellation of gift certificates can not be made replacement by Franz Rettenwender e.U..
